Earl Miller's recognition as a bridge-builder and professional educator includes numerous local, government, institutional and organizational awards, including induction into a Human Rights/Civil Rights Hall of Fame. He serves as a Human Rights Commissioner in Orange County, New York.

He has earned Master Degrees in Organizational Leadership and Marriage/Family Therapy and professional studies’ certifications in multicultural leadership. Earl has extensive domestic and international experience in cross-cultural competency, and communities of "functioning diversity."

Other experiences include being a four-time New York City Marathoner, former Rock/R&B/Jazz musician, professional actor and director, NCAA College Golf coach, ordained minister, husband, and father.
